This blog is her way of reaching out, enabling people to get in touch with the deep ambivalence within themselves, and to help mainstream America go to a deeper level of reflection.

Inspired by the late, great Johnnie Cochran's (with a tip of the hat to Samuel Johnson and Martin Luther King, Jr.) refrain that, "An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere," a Texas public defender rants and raves about criminal justice issues in her great state and country (and whatever else she wants).

The Criminal Justice Forum dares to examine how the criminal justice system really works. Their mission is:
*to assist the public to better understand the criminal justice system
*to help those involved in the system find resources they need
*to advocate crime prevention and reduce recidivism
*to encourage the more effective use of tax dollars and precious resources

This is Dave's blog...he talks about several different things that interest him, one of them being the death penalty. Wander on over and check him out...you won't be disappointed!

This is a blog by 'Duke'. I'm pretty sure he's been on the row for about 16 years now...arriving just a year after Joe. He and Joe were in the same pod and hung out together until some trouble happened while we were at our evidentiary hearing last July and they moved Duke.
